2 Kings 6 CHAPTER beginning with verse 8
1 Here, we have the spirit of prophecy helping the king as well as being a blessing to the (sons of the prophets) students of ministry.
2 We are entrusted with God's word to help the just as well as the unjust, the wise as well as the unwise.
3 This king would not hear the word of Elisha when it came to him making himself right with God. But when his life was on the line, he was willing to listen. many of us are are willing to listen when it's a life or death situation.
The crux of this message centers on how having an open eye can calm all of our fears..
1 When trouble came Elisha was very calm because he could see the grace of God all around him.
2 Faith helps us to see what God is really doing in our lives. Notice: God had been doing it all the time, but only Elisha could see it.
3 The opening of our eyes (Spiritual Eyes) Silences all fear.
BIBLE STUDY IS GOOD AT HOME BUT COME TO THE CHURCH AND LET'S STUDY TOGETHER.
(Hebrews 10:25) Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much more, as you see the day approaching.
WE ARE ASKING ALL TO PARTICIPATE.
( Please come with a prayer in your heart )
( all are welcome )
